TRINITI: Doing great thank you, on the grind tryna make

DSB: Tell our readers who TRINITI is?
TRINITI: Ms Triniti is a Dancehall/Rnb Artist of born in the
UK, raised between England and Trinidad where my dad is
from. My music will lift your spirts, make you wanna dance
and make you wanna smile
DSB: How would you describe your style of music?
TRINITI: I call it Ragga Hop because it's a blend of
Dancehall, reggae, RnB, Hip Hop. It's the Caribbean meets
the Urban Western World.
DSB: What made you get into music and how long have you
been in the game?
TRINITI: I have wanted to do do music from as far back as I
can remember. I was that little girl age 5 practicing all the
dance moves I saw on TV in the mirror and recording myself
singing on my tape recorder..I wanted to be a singler my
whole life. Music is what moves me. I got in the game at 15,
recording a club track in England and getting a release on
Big Beat Records. My Parents were not in to the singing idea
and wanted me to finish college so I did that. After School I
moved to LA to persue singing full time and eventually got
signed to Sony/Columbia. After that didn’t work out I started
working at it Independently and have come pretty far on my
own.
DSB: Who did you grow up listening to?
TRINITI: Bob Marley, Sly and Robbie, Shaggy, Super Cat, Stevie Wonder, Mary J, Mariah, Prince
DSB: How have they influenced your music?
TRINITI: I have tried to create a sound that incorporates all that I grew up listening to. A mix of Caribbean Riddims and slang
with Urban Soul vibes attached
DSB: What makes you different from other artist?
TRINITI: I am a bit of a hybrid I think. Because of my background and my upbringing I bring a different flavor, but in this day
and age it is more common to be a blend of cultures so I think a lot of people can relate to me and what I stand for.
DSB: What other skills do you have?
TRINITI: I played Professional Tennis, I had a World Ranking at 18 and played on a 4 year NCAA Scholarship foe SDSU. I’m
