DSB: So tell us QC, what makes you different from other artist?
QC: I really care more about the integrity of hip hop as a whole, it’s more than just spittin with me I try to convey
the substance, skill, and history through my music.

DSB: How do you feel about the current state of mind of Hip Hop?
QC: It’s looking a little suspect currently, but it has shown some positive growth in the past 5 years. I just wish
cats would worry less about being trendy and popular, and just keep it one hunnit.

DSB: With that being said, who are some of your biggest influences in music?
QC: Well, naturally I’m a certified spitter so my list is like this: Jay, Eminem, Black Thought, Jadakiss, Redman,
Andre 3000, and Phonte.

DSB: You recently dropped the video to the “ The Epitome” track, can you tell us some more about that?
QC: I go by the “Epitome of Spittery” so we basically wanted to showcase my rappin ability without focusing on
anything unrelated to straight Hip Hop. We shot the video in my hometown of Palmdale, and the only niggas in it,
is my niggas the Shitty Squiddy.

DSB: Any new music or projects we should keep an eye out for in 2011?
QC: Let’s see, Im workin on the QC album “No Discrepancies” coming soon, and me and my guy Kennz are
finishing up the “Teach You How to Spit” mixtape that should be dropping on New Years..

DSB: 5 years from now, where do you want to find yourself in your music career?
QC: Hopefully in 5 years I am comfortably revolutionizing the way people view MC’s and the hip hop community as
a whole!

DSB: Its been a pleasure speaking with you QC, any last words or shout-outs you’d like to leave our readers with?
