DSB: What Up! So for those that haven’t heard or seen
you on TV, can you give us a quick line of who Panama is
and where you from?
PANAMA: Whats good my king! Panama is an artist that
brings you him on and off record, camera and stage.
Panama is life, fresh and a breath of fresh air. Panama is so international, poetic, and comfortable. Im originally from
Panama far as background, but I was born in Brooklyn; however, raised mostly in between two cities The Bronx and
Baltimore. I feel more close to Bmore, which is basically the city that made me a man.

DSB: How is the acting coming along? Any new projects or current projects we should keep an eye out for?
PANAMA: Let me tell you something, after coming off a critically acclaim TV series like The Wire acting is coming along
great. Auditions are more personal and private, I am requested from casting agencies and other major roles are becoming
more available. I audition for more projects now and able to read the entire script before coming in the audition which allows
me to have an advantage and connect with the character more. There are a few projects people should have their eyes
open for, at this moment I am not allow to give out names but just know you will have to buy tickets at the movie theater and
buy tickets to see me on stage around the country. I am always working and auditioning for different projects, so you never
know what you are going to see me do.

DSB: How long have you been in the acting biz?
PANAMA: I been in the acting biz for about 5 years.

DSB: So apart from acting you also have skills with the pen, Is rapping new to you or have you been doing it for a minute?
PANAMA: Its funny you ask me if rapping is something new to me, I wouldn’t say that its new to me but not my first passion in
life. I love to act and I went to school to sharpen my craft as an actor. Rapping is a craft I fell in love with and decided I was
needed after studying and following artists like AZ, Jay-Z, EPMD, Common, Kanye West, The Lox, Eminem and Lupe Fiasco.
As a student of the game I felt I chose to study from great professors which added to my character and my craftsmanship.
The cycle of getting on is not new to me but once I land that deal I am searching for it will be because of the obligations and
rules that come with it.

DSB: What style do you concider you music is?
PANAMA: Poetic and sounds like life… I can only do me on every track!!! The style is intelligence, swag, fresh and relatable.

DSB: How different is the Rap game from Acting?
PANAMA: When you are a recording artist, in most cases you are creating the words, building emotions, concepts and
moods for whatever you are listening too. When you are acting, the material in most cases is given to you and the actor
must find a way to bring that character to life and make it believable. Another change is character change, in acting we have
the privilege to transform but in rap you must stay in character or portray an image that people recognize you for. I also
think the pace of living is fast for recording artist and actors have an opportunity to slow down in a way.

DSB: When can we expect a album or mixtape to come out?
PANAMA: Well everyone can expect minor mixtapes from me that I do for other djs around the country, I have a tape
droppin with DJ J Boogie in about a week or so, I have another tape with Cyres Havana coming real soon in about 2 weeks,
then next month my cousin Yungtexxus and I have teamed up to drop a tape with DJ BlackJesus and finally I have my
personal long awaiting mix album “Ring Side Seats” The Weigh In hosted by DJ E Dubble, DJ L Gee, DJ Blurray and DJ K
dot. This mixtape is my baby, I am really taking my time with this tape and making sure its going to be a hot project. I will tell
my fans, supporters, and the people that the tape is 75 % completed. It already features artist like Skyzoo, Sha Stimuli,
Yungtexxus, Sparkdawg, Vic Damone, Lo Smooth, Flawless, St. Laz etc Stay tune because its gonna be worth the wait.

DSB: Apart from the music and acting, you also have a clothing company right?
PANAMA: Yes I do have a clothing line, but I am not the only one behind this movement. I am the Co-Ceo of the clothing
line, my partner name is Andre Williams and he is definitely the head of this magnificent movement. He is the head designer
and I am the marketing genius. The clothing line is called “Bmore Creative” and our slogan is “Dare to be Different”. We
dress celebs such as The Clipse, Lupe Fiasco, Method Man, Juelz Santana, Big Tigger etc. We landed our clothes on The
Wire twice in two different seasons and landed our clothes in the feature film Step Up 2. To really get you updated we have
a fashion show coming up next week and we are very decided about that. Our clothes is so unique because everything we
do is custom made and nothing is duplicated and we also allow our consumers to be creative with us. Come and check out
