Eminem Signs Slaughterhouse
& Yelawolf To Shady Records

Slaughterhouse and Alabama’s own
‘Yelawolf‘, have been signed to Eminem’
s “Shady Records”. The news was
announced yesterday Jan 12th and they
will all be featured in the march 2011
issue of XXL Magazine.
“Yelawolf and Slaughterhouse, it’s kinda
phase two of Shady,” says Eminem to
XXL . “It’s the new generation of Shady
Records and as we’re trying to rebuild
our label, it’s exciting for hip-hop and
with all of these forces coming together
and with what everybody’s capable of
on the mic, it’s gonna be fun.”
Now for those that may not be familiar,
Crooked I, Joe Budden, Joell Ortiz, and
Royce Da 5’9 are all a part of
Slaughterhouse and were featured on
Eminem’s “Recovery” 2010 album.
“It’s very exciting for me to reunite with
Eminem years after our Bad Meets Evil
project together," added Royce da 5'9.
"Slaughterhouse on Shady Records will
be a force to reckon with.”
Yelawolf is best known for his June 2010
mixtape ‘Trunk Muzik” with guest
appearances from Raekwon, Bun B,
Juelz Santana and Diamond. Here’s
