Mucho Deniro
DSB: Wassup Mucho, tell our readers who Mucho
Deniro is and where you hail from.
Mucho Deniro: Man Mucho Deniro is a Fly inner-
city MC, who grew up pretty much all over the
southern California region… So when most dudes
just rep their city, I’m more like I gotta rep ma
region.
DSB: How did you get in the game and how long
have you been hungry for it?
Mucho Deniro: Rite now, I don’t consider myself in
the game. I’m still independent out here tryna kill a
million mc’s wit one bullet u know. But on the other
hand I still fill like my shit is on a level that nobody
has brought to the table from my side of the coast.
Hungry for this shit! I've been hungry for this shit
since I started back when I was 15 years old. The
first time somebody acknowledged one of my
verses and expressed how much they were feelin’
it, I was like its time to eat!
DSB: How would you describe your style of music
versus any other West Coast artist?
Mucho Deniro: Well… Most of the artist that come
out the west coast previously and recently has
been some what of the same type of artist. For
example, most west coast artist usually put a lot of
focus into the same California everyday shit…
ridin’ 64 impala’s, smoking the best weed, palm
trees, gang bangin’ and etc.. Not to take from any
of thing from the artist that makes that type of
music, because this is where gangsta rap first
started no matter what nobody says. But that’s not
the only thing that happens out here. Everybody
doesn’t wear Chucks and Dickies and white T’s,
some wear SB.’s wit Dickies and white tees or

whatever, but what I’m stressing is we pretty much black-ball ourselves by trappin’ ourselves in this mode to where
we believe that’s the only type of music that can be made…. And that’s where I come in because my style has so
much versatility, swag, killa punch lines. I’m like a yung Suga Shane! I got music for every genre, so I can never be
trapped!
DSB: Who did you grow up listening to and who have been your biggest influences?
Mucho Deniro: To be honest I was born in the 80’s but I was raised in the 90’s, it might sound crazy but I listen to a
lot of Jodeci, H-Town, Black Street, 2 Pac, Biggie, I mean I grew up listenin to everything which is probably why I’m
so versatile. My biggest influences are my Pops (R.I.P.), he is a major impact on what I do today, and he’s the one
that let me understand that the ways of the hood are not always the only way out. As far as music goes I would
have to say 2 Pac, Biggie, Weezy, Hova.
DSB: What motivates you?
Mucho Deniro: My motivation is my family, my Mom and everybody but for the most part I would have to be the
people who are restin’ in peace ya feel me. Cuz without them there is a lot of shit niggas would be oblivious to.
DSB: Who are some artists you’ve had the chance to work with?
Mucho Deniro: Uhhh.. I’ve worked with several other artist some close friends of mine. Young Rook, Young Keeda,
Bad Seed and Yayo of Lost Souls. Different artist under Game brother Big Face 100 label (Brazil Street Hustlas),
Quiz(Blue Divisons),BOSS Jacc (Cash Money), J.R from 3rd Storee, Akamie, Hot Dolla and etc..
DSB: Yeah I know Young Rook (we previously interviewed). So would you like to connect with?
Mucho Deniro: 50 Cent, Floyd Mayweather, anybody who has cake and needs a new perfect investment..
DSB: Now I’ve heard a few of your songs and “Fly Boi” and “501 Denim” are hot, but what song has been your
biggest hit so far?
Mucho Deniro: Lol. I got plenty of hits tucked deep in my vault, but none that are circulating on the radio yet… But I
do have a pretty nice playbook up my sleeve. Shhh..
DSB: Ok. So I guess we just have to keep a look out for that. What projects are you working on?
Mucho Deniro: Rite now I’m finishin’ up my mixtape, not quite titled yet but it’s really poppin though. Uhh , I got a
mixtape I’m workin on with ma dude Young Rook, one with Bad Seed, Yayo, a cat name J-go real hott, and that’s it.
Oh yea! Ma DJ, DJ D Fresh is droppin this clothin’ line this summer called” Rich and Cocky”. Me and him are
workin’ on the mixtape self titled “Rich and Cocky Vol.1”.
DSB: Any shows we should be looking out for?
Mucho Deniro: Nah no right now, I’m workin’ on so much stuff my brain might crash..lol Nah but I ain’t workin’ on no
shows right now, maybe soon..
DSB: What are some of your other talents outside of rapping?
Mucho Deniro: Well, I’m also a barber I don’t work in the shop but I’ve been cutting hair since I was 13, Baseball,
Basketball any sport..
