KADIYAH (Ktoe): Hey WEST UP! My name is Ktoe AKA Mr. KADIYAH
of THA KADI-ANTERAZH Movement!
DSB: What does Kadiyah stand for?
KADIYAH (Ktoe): Kreative-And-Diverse-Intelligent-Young-And-
Hungry! It’s a movement that represents a bunch of other artist from
diverse hood and cities that all go hard for their vision or dreams. It
consists of Crips, Bloods, Mexicans, Blacks, Christians, Muslims, etc...
without the politics. WE ARE EVERYWHERE!!!
DSB: Can you remember the first time you picked up a mic & how
that felt
KADIYAH (Ktoe): First time I picked up a MIC was when I was 5yrs old
in a Christmas program at church.
DSB: Ahhhh isn’t that precious. I can see you suited and booted.
Was music something you always wanted to be involved with?
KADIYAH (Ktoe): No I really was more of a comedian/actor. Then
music just kind of took over
DSB: How did you actually get your foot in the door?
KADIYAH (Ktoe): I got started just going to the studio with my boy
Marlon B. He had a deal when we were in high school at Crenshaw.
He asked me to come to the studio for my energy & to call some girls.
Next thing you know I’m doing hooks & adlibs
DSB: Who musically, has been your biggest influence?
KADIYAH (Ktoe): Michael J, 2-Pac, Ice Cube, Rakim, Nas, Rickie Rich
from the Bay, Tray Dee from DPG. Oh yeah, my Nigga Bobby
Brown!!! (lol)
DSB: What artist have you been privileged to work with, or should I
say, has been privileged to work with you?
KADIYAH (Ktoe): I’ve worked with Roscoe, Hot Dolla, Kurupt, Y.A., Big
Six, Music Doctor, Kid of Kid & Play, Bobby DeBarge Jr., Crimeez,

Selfmade, Gonzoe of Regime, Michelobe, Tha Hindu Mafia in AZ. Shows with Glasses, Suga Free, Jim Jones, 211,
Dorrough, KRS-ONE, BG Knocc-Out, Spice-1, Yukmouth, Zig Zag, basically the whole WEST COAST MOVEMENT!
DSB: Wow, that’s a hellava list right there. You have been working your ass off. Is there anyone left on your “Check
Off List”?
KADIYAH (Ktoe): T.I., Young Buck, Fabolos and Trey Songz.
DSB: So what do you consider your biggest accomplishment as of now?
KADIYAH (Ktoe): When I was invited to protest in the Jena 6 Movement with Martin Luther King III.
DSB: Yes, that is definitely a great accomplishment and pleasure. If you weren’t doing music, what alternative
career do you see yourself in?
KADIYAH (Ktoe): I would have a chain of Day Care Centers or be a shrink cuz people always telling me their
problems.
DSB: What song has been the “Club Banga”?
KADIYAH (Ktoe): The song I’m featured on with Hot Dolla & Lil Wayne “Switch Ya Swag Up REMIX” & “Col Thuggin”
ft. TRISTAR, gets it crackin’ also.
DSB: When is your next show? I want tickets, V.I.P. status.
KADIYAH (Ktoe): I been on a city wide tour for the last 7 months so I don’t know yet but I’m gonna keep you posted
& Yeah fasho get the ROYAL TREATMENT.
DSB: I know you have a hidden talent that most people may not know about. Care to fill us in?
KADIYAH (Ktoe): I low key can hold a music note.
DSB: So when is the album dropping?
KADIYAH (Ktoe): I’m still finishing up the features so look out for me about Spring 2010!
DSB: It’s the New Years! What new goals or task have you set to accomplish in 2010?
KADIYAH (Ktoe): Remain a L.A. Dodga. Meaning I’m dodgin’ Suckas, Bustas, Hataz & Fakes. Disloyalty is NOT
BTOLERATED with the “K”.
