Big Boi-Sir Lucious Left Foot: The Son Of Chico Dusty
By MP For DaStreetBuzz.com
One half of history's most famous rap duo, Big Boi sat idle for years while OutKast Partner Andre 3000
stayed in the spotlight by way of acting roles and clothing lines. But Big's first solo album, the akwardly titled
Sir Lucious Left Foot : Son of Chico Dusty is a deliriously fun statement of purpose that should stop fans
from begging for the new OutKast. There's nothing difficult about this one-just a flurry of quick punch lines,
efficient arrangements and stereo-rattling beats. Highlights: "Follow Us", "Be Still" and of course the Scott
Storch-produced throwback jam "Shutterbug". Long Delayed but now fully realized, Sir Lucious confirms Big
Boi's genius, with OutKast or otherwise. This album is a must have for any Outkast fan or hip-hop fan.
